US FDA Certified Organic Frankincense Essential Oil Botanical name of this oil is Boswellia Serrata. Frankincense is a small plant which has abundant pinnacle leaves and white and pale pink flowers. The resin of the plant begins as a fragrant sticky milky white liquid that flow out of the trunk of the tree. The dried tears are collected and the resin is the steam distilled producing the precious liquid.
