Genda Attar Botanical name of the attar is Tagetes erecta. Genda attar is extracted from genda flower by the use of steam distillation method. Other common names of this attar are marigold attar. This flower is commonly found in India and its neighbouring countries. The oil of genda is a pale yellow colored liquid with aroma that refreshes atmosphere.
