Green Ginger Oleoresins The Botanical name of Green Ginger Oleoresins is zingiber officinale rosc. oleoresin. Green ginger oleoresin is produced by means of solvent extraction method from fresh green rhizomes of ginger. It is dark brown liquid with thick consistency and fresh, sharp, spicy odor that resembles with actual ginger. Oleoresin so obtained is soluble in various essential oils but is not diluted in water.
