Pimento Berry Essentail Oil is also known as Allspice Oil, Jamaica Pepper Oil and Pimenta Oil. The oil is obtained from steam distillation of dried, crushed, fullt grown but not ripe fruits of West Indies tree, Pimenta Officinalis. The oil is widely used in the perfume industry and food industry for flavouring food.
