Sandal Wood (East Indian) Hydrosol Botanical name of this hydrosol is santalum album. The heartwood of East Indian hydrosol is processed under varios distillation process to extract essential oils, floral water and attars. The tree is wildly harvested in the forests. This is a parasitic tree which bears big green trees and the bark is brown grey trunk. It is the only tree which is brought into use after it gets totally matured.
